Jaden Smith developed election influence programs for a Northern Virginia-based political action committee and educational courses for its corresponding training institute for 4 and 2 years respectively, contracting his services and working as full time staff for the groups. In 2024, his passion for grassroots organizing landed him a transferal management position with the firms’ latest office in North Carolina, where he witnessed the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene and its wake. Moved by the disaster, he launched Boylan Generators in 2025 with a mission to make backup energy solutions as accessible as possible across the United States.
